At Rooted to Rise Leadership, we offer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment for individuals ages 13 and up to help families better understand themselves and one another.
Through this experience, families will:

Identify natural differences in energy, structure, and decision-making
Learn how their personalities complement — and sometimes challenge — one another

We guide families through practical conversations about how to apply this understanding in everyday life — improving communication, strengthening connection, and building empathy across differences.
